The Data, Research, and Insights department possesses a growth mindset based on insightful data. We enjoy performing statistical analyses with Looker, BigQuery, Google Analytics, and Tableau to conclude product or customer experience improvement.

Main Responsibilities

  • Create and manage insightful product data dashboards using tools like Looker;
  • Analyze customer journeys, feature adoption, and acquisition funnels to drive product growth;
  • Present key data insights through reports and presentations to support high-level decision-making;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals and translate them into actionable insights;
  • Explore and interpret large datasets, identifying trends, opportunities, and issues;
  • Work closely with data analysts, engineers, and product managers;
  • Build and maintain data structures, including databases, reporting tools, and visualizations.

Core Requirements

  • Proven experience in data analysis, ideally in product and user behavior analytics;
  • Strong SQL skills;
  • Ability to model and clearly present data;
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Bonus Points For

  • Experience with Looker, BigQuery, Google Analytics, Tableau, or dbt;
  • Previous work in a fast-paced start-up environment;
  • Background in SaaS or B2B analytics;
  • Python skills for data analysis.
