Main Responsibilities
- Create and manage insightful product data dashboards using tools like Looker;
- Analyze customer journeys, feature adoption, and acquisition funnels to drive product growth;
- Present key data insights through reports and presentations to support high-level decision-making;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals and translate them into actionable insights;
- Explore and interpret large datasets, identifying trends, opportunities, and issues;
- Work closely with data analysts, engineers, and product managers;
- Build and maintain data structures, including databases, reporting tools, and visualizations.
Core Requirements
- Proven experience in data analysis, ideally in product and user behavior analytics;
- Strong SQL skills;
- Ability to model and clearly present data;
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Bonus Points For
- Experience with Looker, BigQuery, Google Analytics, Tableau, or dbt;
- Previous work in a fast-paced start-up environment;
- Background in SaaS or B2B analytics;
- Python skills for data analysis.
