As a Senior Finance Controller, you will be responsible for our IFRS reporting processes, managing complex consolidations and building our internal reporting framework. You will work closely with other teams within finance and business to ensure that our financial reporting is accurate and transparent. In addition, you will play a key role in shaping our overall financial strategy and helping to drive our growth. 

Main Responsibilities

  • Own the consolidation of annual reports and participate in preparing IFRS financial statements;
  • Own the development of monthly and quarterly financial reporting and consolidation processes;
  • Work with external auditors to ensure that audits are conducted in a timely and efficient manner;
  • Help drive the finance function changes by participating in various large-scale projects and solving complex accounting issues;
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to support our overall financial strategy.

Core Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting;
  • 4+ years of experience in finance or accounting, with a focus on IFRS reporting, consolidation and audit workflow;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software (e.g., PowerBI, ERPs);
  • In-depth knowledge of IFRS and experience applying these standards in complex accounting situations;
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders;
  • Experience in a SaaS or technology company and/or BIG4 firm would be an advantage;
  • ACCA or equivalent certification (or in progress) would be a plus;
  • Knowledge of SQL or experience with big-data analytics tools would also be an advantage;
  • Excellent written and spoken English.

Salary Range

  • Gross Salary 4000 - 5460 EUR/Month.
