The Infrastructure department is responsible for influencing and tracking change, providing frontline support, and delivering software-defined solutions.

The Infrastructure Data Analytics team is dedicated to preparing and delivering insightful data to business and technical stakeholders. Our mission is to enhance the quality of NordVPN’s products and services by providing actionable insights that lead to informed decision-making. Through our efforts, we strive to support stakeholders in identifying opportunities for innovation and optimization, ultimately increasing user satisfaction with NordVPN products and services.

Main Responsibilities

  • Research the business domain to identify key requirements and challenges;
  • Gather, clean, and enhance datasets to prepare for thorough analysis;
  • Analyze diverse data sources, delivering actionable insights based on business objectives;
  • Develop clear reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings effectively;
  • Collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders to ensure accurate understanding and application of insights.

Core Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in data analytics or similar areas;
  • Solid understanding and working experience with Python and SQL;
  • Knowledge and practical experience in at least one or more dashboarding tools: Looker, Grafana, Kibana, Tableau;
  • Proven track record of working with large datasets;
  • Experience with various data visualization and statistical analysis methods;
  • Strong communication skills, a proactive approach, analytical problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset, as well as being an effective and versatile team player.

Tool You Will Use

  • Python;
  • Google Big Query and Looker;
  • Grafana;
  • ELK stack

Salary Range

  • Gross monthly salary of 1990-4300 EUR.
