The Finance team is a team of ambitious professionals, focused on making the finance process smoother and more efficient. We’re keen on converting financial data into meaningful information and insights, which we do by automating workflows and analyzing data. The financial team supports business stakeholders in making decisions, driving strategy, and achieving the lofty goals of an ever-growing unicorn with confidence. Our team owns and executes accounting, controlling, budgeting and planning, data and financial analysis, treasury and procurement functions.

Main Responsibilities

  • Address accounting inquiries related to ERP transactions, journal entries, reconciliations, and other core functions.
  • Assist with master data management and maintenance.
  • Support BI dashboard and report development, including requirements gathering, design, and testing.
  • Analyze, and document business requirements and ERP system changes, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Conduct system testing and collaborate with end-users to validate results.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure ERP and BI solutions align with business objectives.
  • Provide training to end-users on ERP and BI tools, promoting efficient use and best practices.

Core Requirements

  • Experience with ERP as system analyst, administrator, or accountant.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Hands-on and ability to see the bigger picture.
  • Strong ownership, commitment, accountability, and passion for what You do.
  • Bonus point for: practical accounting knowledge or education in finance or accounting.
  • Bonus point for: practical knowledge of Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics, and other relevant data analytics and business management tools.

Tools You Will Use

  • Dynamics 365 Business Central, Power BI, Google Cloud Platform, Jira, Confluence and others.

Salary Range

  • Gross Salary 2480 - 4300 EUR/Month.
