The IT Systems team is part of the IT Operations division. It is responsible for effective IT Tools management, Account management, Procurement, Documentation and knowledge sharing, vendor and third-party management, user support, and training. Our team is also involved in various projects around the company. Successfully working with multiple stakeholders, we achieved excellent results and are looking forward to expanding our competencies in different IT areas.

Main Responsibilities

  • Address and resolve technical software issues reported by employees. This includes remote support and on-site support to diagnose software problems
  • Implement security measures to protect company data and systems from unauthorized access and cyber threats
  • Plan and execute system upgrades and improvements
  • Conduct regular system audits and update documentation
  • The IT administrator oversees the installation, maintenance, and updates of software used within the company and ensures all programs function correctly and efficiently

Core Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience as an IT Systems Administrator  in a dynamic setting
  • Excellent knowledge of IT procedures, security principles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, proactive mindset, and fluency in English
  • Passion for innovation and continuous learning
  • Good Knowledge of the Google Workspace tool is a bonus

Salary Range

  • Gross Salary 1900-2810 EUR/month
