Main responsibilities
- Lead and manage cross-functional initiatives related to information security compliance, aligning with business objectives and risk appetite;
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve information security documentation;
- Own and drive the full lifecycle of information security audits (SOC 2, ISO 27001, other), including planning, execution, and remediation tracking;
- Conduct risk assessments and internal gap analyses, mapping findings to audit frameworks and driving strategic improvements;
- Ensure and enforce ongoing compliance, overseeing implementation of corrective measures;
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to embed security best practices across development and operational workflows;
- Monitor evolving cybersecurity, IT, and AI regulations, assess their impact, and deliver actionable compliance strategies to senior stakeholders.
Core requirements
- Hands-on experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and other standard information security management frameworks and audit processes;
- Strong organisational skills with sharp attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem solving;
- Solid project management skills, with experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders and tight timelines;
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently;
- Adaptable mindset and a proactive, solutions-based attitude;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Salary range
- Gross Salary 3200 - 4700 EUR/month
